What color(s) eye shadow and brand should I wear?

I want to start wearing eye shadow almost everyday. Now I wear glasses, have light colored skin that isn't too light, but doesn't tan, have blue-grey eyes, red lips, dark brown poofy hair with bangs & natural black & light brown highlights, long eye, long eye lashes, and rosy cheeks. I'm just searching for eye shadow, not other makeup and I'm wondering what brand and color(s) of eye shadow should I use.
