How should i ask her out?

there is a thai woman (yes a woman before you start taking the mick) she works in a stand but she is always with some one else and i always chicken out. i also see her nearly every day. the problem is the second person being there and sometimes other costumers. should i build the bottle to ask her or should i wit till she is alone.
