Does anyone have any GOOD reviews about Cheapflights.com?

I was going to order some plain tickets from this site because they were so cheap but i haven't been able to find any good reviews about the site but most of the time it was due to the costumer canceling the flight and being charged...Just wondering if anyone had a good experience with them? thanks
