im looking for good make up that has good quality with a price up to $38, at-least. so i just need some good suggestions on what is the best place to go for good quality cosmetics and a afforable price.also please dont not send me websites to buy them in stores. one tip if u can give a store with good costumer service and u can try stuff that would be great.
