How can I lose about 30lbs. And gain muscle before school?

I'm 16 years old, and I weigh 180 and some change. I'm about 5'9'' and I used to be pretty fit but over off season (I used to Play football but I quit to get a job) I gained sone fat and lost some muscle. I just want to know the easiest way to lose about 30 pounds and also gain more muscle and muscle mass, my fat is mostly in my chest (like man boobs haha), butt, stomach and love handles. And when I say easiest way I don't mean in trying to cut corners, because I live about 10 minutes away from a gym and I enjoy to jog there as a warmup. I would like to figure out a workout plan with the help of all the wonderful people of the yahoo answers community. So please help me out. The catch is that I would like to achieve this goal before school starts in early august. Please give me ur thoughts (ps. I would like to keep my workout plan to just Monday through Friday if possible. However I am completely committed to this and I will do whatever possible. I JUST WANNA BE FIT AGAIN!!!) what do u guys think? Is it too far fetched to lose 30lbs and gain muscle in about 2 months???
