Regular hours for a 16 year old?

I'm applying to work at Red Robin as a host and i was wondering how many hours can a 16 year old work per week and what i can put for "expected wage". Also, i need I'm suppose to fill out "Summarize the skills that support your request including training and job- related experience. This is the first job im applying to and but i have volunteered to work at TJ Max once and all i had to do was organize the shows and help costumers look for shoes in their size :p So yes if anyone could care to help me it would be much appreciated :)
