To get working visa to Edmonton Canada?

We are a Filipino couple. I am working for 7years in different filed here in abu dhabi like hospitality, costumer service and administrative jobs. I can able to do a multi task job related on my work. and my husband working as a bartender in 5 star hotel for 7 years. We want to try our luck in canada but since the cost of applying to go canada from U.A.E is so expensive we can't afford it. Please any idea or any chances that we can apply to canada at low cost. and i read some articles also that theira a lot job open in Alberta. Thank you and more power.
