Will there be any compensation or buyback programs from Toyota?

With all the recalls and the recent ruling that Toyota owners will be allowed to follow through with independent claims against Toyota, in regards to vehicle depreciation. Does anyone think Toyota will be offering compensation or buyback programs similar to the ones issued several years ago to their costumers?
