I am a TM network user. How do i unsubscribe to mobile club binbit?

please help me. they have been taking out load from my phone. i really hate it. i mean, who likes it anyway? worst because i don't know how to unsubscribe or stop them from doing it. they gave their hotline number but didn't include the area code, how can i contact them? i don't need their services!!! the file their sending me after taking my load, is not even supported by my phone. it's a waste! (CLUB BINBIT: I DONT LIKE WHAT YOU'RE DOING NOT JUST TO ME BUT TO ALL OTHERS WHO EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF PROBLEM) i tried to search the net for answers, call costumer service, but it's just not working. i am really2 helpless and confused. kindly help me. i would really appreciate your answer. thank you so much God speed. :)
