What are the little pin sized red dots?

I have these little red pin sized dots all over my legs but mostly on my right. They dont itch, you cant feel them and they seem to get worse in the morning and they start to go away a little bit at night. Im 12 years old and i was just wondering what they were?I pretty sure there not bed bugs tho because my legs tanned from my knees to my enckles so like i said i was just wondering what they were and if i should worry!!
